August 6, 2013The Catholic Foundation of Lubbock is pleased to announce that donations and gifts to the foundation are now accepted online by check, debit or credit card.
Previously the foundation was only able to accept donations in-person or by mail. While the charitable reach of the foundation extends to all 25 counties of the Diocese of Lubbock, the donor reach was limited. After much research and comparison with an added summer incentive offered by Our Sunday Visitor, the Catholic Foundation is now accepting online donations at Online Giving.
This user friendly website allows for long time givers and one time givers to efficiently set up a donation to the Catholic Foundation of Lubbock. The Quick Give button in the bottom right corner is for one-time donations, such as some donations to the 13th Annual Judicial Red Mass. Annual givers and members are encouraged to create an account to create a pledge or set up reoccurring payments. Payments can be made monthly, bi-monthly, weekly, daily, and whenever you'd like! It is easy to set up mass intentions all at one time. As the date of memorial or remembrance nears, the Catholic Foundation will mail the mass offering card to the family, taking any added pressure off you.
As of June 30, 2013 the Catholic Foundation has grown to more than $2.7 million in managed assets through generous donors. While the foundation will continue to accept in-person and mailed donations, this online giving website is a commitment from the foundation to continue moving forward in embracing new giving opportunities for the people of the Diocese of Lubbock.
